*Quinoa khichdi*
1 cup quinoa
Half cup Moong dal
Wash it twice & must soak it for 1-2 hours
Desi ghee 1 spoon
mustard seeds half spoon
Cumin seeds half spoon
2 chopped green chilli
5-6 curry leaves
Half spoon chopped ginger
Half spoon crushed black pepper
1 chopped onion
1 Chopped tomato
1 chopped capsicum
1 Chopped carrot
Half cup chopped beans
2 spoon peas
2 spoon sweet corn
Salt to taste
Half spoon red chilli powder
1/4 spoon turmeric
Mix it well
You can add any veggies
Soaked quinoa nd daal
Roast in well
Hot water 2 or 3 cups as required consistency mix it well
Close the lid
3 to 5 whistle it cool
Healthy quinoa khichdi is ready
Serve it.
