Use 3 tsp Oats
Add 1 cup normal water
Soaked 15 minutes
Drain the water & add oats to a blender
Apple , papaya or seasonal fruits can be used
1 cardamon just for flavour
5 soaked peeled almond
200 ml milk
Blend everything really well
It’s done 👍🏻
