Ramayana’s Flax seeds ladoo
1. In pan a take 500 gm flax seeds
2. Roast on medium flame & keep stirring
3. No need for additional oil while roasting flax seeds
4. When you hear flax seeds pop, it is ready
5. Turn of the flame & let it cool down
6. Seasame seeds :3/4 Cup or 100 gm roasted seeds on low flame seasame seeds are ready keep aside
7. In a pan add 1 tsp ghee & 1/2 cup sliced almonds
8. You can also add other dry fruits as well
9. Almond are ready keep them aside
10. In the same pan add little ghee add 50 gm fox nuts (makhana) fox nuts are also ready keep aside
11. Once Flax seeds & sesame & makhana seeds cool down , grind them to powder
12. Add roasted almonds
13. Add chopped dates (15-20)or (20 -25 raisins) mix everything well
14. Mixture is ready let’s heat jaggery add 2 tsp water in a pan add 500 gm jaggery keep mixing & pressing gently till it melts
15. Jaggery is ready , add it to the mixture
16. Add cardamon powder :1/2 tsp mix well & make a hole in the centre
17. Strain the melted jaggery into the mixture mix quickly and carefully as it is very hot
18. Grease hands with ghee and mix pile the mixture on One side so that it stays warm grease hands with ghee &make ladoo as shown
