*2. Veg grilled sandwich*
**Ingredients* :
•Few drops of oil
•chopped vegetables ( capsicum, cucumber,onion,tomato,
carrot and other seasonal veggies(each 3-4 gm or 1 teaspoon )
•1 chopped green chilli(optional)
•Very less salt
•freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
•5 gm chopped coriander (dhania)
•2 slices of bread
*Method*:-
Heat few drops of oil in a nonstick pan, add the vegetables and sauté until water has evaporated and vegetables become dry. Add the green chilli,salt and black pepper, mix well and sauté till the vegetables are coated well and the mixture is cooked. Remove from the flame, add the coriander, mix well and keep aside. Spread the vegetables mixture on one slice and cover with the other slice and grill using a sandwich maker. Serve hot. 😋😋
