117. Ramayana’s Oats biryani
Ingredients
*1 small cup oats
*1 cup veg (carrot, ,green peas, green capsicum cut into small cubes)
*2 tsp hung curd
*1/2 tea spoon garam marsala powder
*1/2 tea spoon ginger paste
To taste salt
*1 pinch red chilli powder
*1 pinch turmeric powder
*1/2 tea spoon oil
*1-2 cups water
*1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
*1/2 cup tomato slices
*1 pinch chat masala powder
Method
At first dry roast the oats and keep aside
Now prepare a mixture of curd,garam masala powder turmeric powder salt and jeera powder
Now marinate the veg cubes

Heat oil in a pan and add Cumin seeds,bay leaf red chilli and strands of javitri
Add the marinated veges and roast them in low flame.
In another pan boil the water and add the roasted oats.strain out the water.
Add the oats with the roasted veges and mix well.
Garnish it with green chilli and coriander leaves.serve it hot with coriander raita….?
