Early morning when u wake up at *7:00 am*
*(soaked overnight)*
First 10 days…. Take mint leaves( 12-15 leaves) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take jeera (½ spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… 2 black pepper with water
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd triphla juice (20ml) with water
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
1 guava
*BREAKFAST*
*10:30 am*
bowl of paneer and corn chaat ( use 120gms paneer) with bowl of salad
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
*At 12:30 noon*
fresh juice ( add mosambi and pomegranate )
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle
*LUNCH*
*AT 3:00pm*
3 chapati (use oats & wheat flour) with veg and salad
Or
One day … black chana as veg
*EVENING TEA*
*At 5:00 pm*
Cup of milk(use 250ml milk) with handful of roasted chana
Water intake maximum
*DINNER*
*AT 7:30pm*
14,15 august….bowl of veg oats ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad
16 august…..bowl of mix veg soup with 1 slice of brown bread and bowl of salad
*AT 9:00 pm*
1 apple
Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed
(2 time green tea in a day)….
