Early morning when u wake up at *5:15 am*

Take normal water…. 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or with 2 marie  biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*7:30 am*

large bowl of moong dal chaat with bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 10:00 noon*

1 pear

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 1:00pm*

lassi ( use ½ bowl of curd with roasted jeera)

*LUNCH*

*AT 3:00pm*

3 chapati (use oats with wheat) with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….spinach as veg

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk.. 250ml milk with handful of roasted chana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

 bowl of paneer tikka with green chutney and bowl of salad

or

One day…. fresh paneer salsa salad

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 guava
