First 10 days…. Take jeera(½spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take ajwain(½spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*BREAKFAST*
*10:00 am*
5,6,7 august….bowl of bread masala ( use 4 slice of brown bread) with bowl of salad
8 august…..bowl of veg oats ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
*At 12:00 noon*
lassi ( use 3-4 spoon curd with roasted jeera)
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle
*LUNCH*
*AT 2:30pm*
5,6,7 august…..3 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

One day ….mushroom as veg
8 august….3 slice of brown bread with veg and bowl of salad
*EVENING TEA*
*At 5:00 pm*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits
Water intake maximum
*DINNER*
*AT 7:30pm*
5,6 august…..bowl of broccoli soup (low salt) with 1 slice of brown bread with bowl of salad
7 august…..bowl of apple mango smoothie (no sugar)
8 august….bowl of milk oats ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
*AT 9:00 pm*
1 guava
Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed
(2 time green tea in a day)….
