Early morning when u wake up at *6:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits

*MORNING MEAL*

*At 10:00 am*

1 pear

*BREAKFAST*

*11:30 am*

2 suji cheela ( non sticky) with curd and bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 1:30 noon*

lemon water ( use lemon with 2 spoon soaked gond katira)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 3:00pm to 3:30pm*

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….. green beans as veg

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk(150ml) with handful of roasted puffed rice 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

7,8 august……bowl of veg daliya ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

9 august…..bowl of custard milk ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
