Early morning when u wake up at *5:30 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take methi(½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ajwain(½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take jeera(½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*BREAKFAST*

*6:45 am*

3-4 dahi kabab with green chutney and bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 9:00 noon*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 11:30pm*

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….. black chana as veg

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 2:30PM*

1 apple 

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk or green tea with handful of roasted puffed rice 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

7,8 august…. bowl of veg oats ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

9 august…bowl of makhana kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 pear 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
