Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd Aloevera juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*BREAKFAST*

*8:30 am*

7 august….bowl of curd mix salad ( add max chopped salad )

8,9,10 august…..2 thepla with curd and bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 10:30 noon*

Infused water ( use 2-3 plum, cinnamon, coriander leave)

*LUNCH*

*AT 1:30pm*

7 august…..boiled rice with curry without pakoda

8,9,10 august……3 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day …..rajma as veg

*EVENING TEA*

*At 4:00 pm*

cup of milk or milk tea or green tea with roasted makhana 

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 6:00PM*

1 guava 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

7 august…..bowl of curd mix salad (low salt) add max chopped salad

8,9 august…..bowl of mushroom tikka with green chutney and bowl of salad

or

bowl of mushroom salsa salad ( add max chopped salad)

10 august…..bowl of milk muesli ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
