Early morning when u wake up at *6:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take Ajwain (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take rose petals (½ rose) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water….200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½ spoon flax seeds nd triphala juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

glass of cucumber juice

*BREAKFAST*

*8:30 am*

1 tofu wrap ( 70gms tofu) with green chutney and bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 10:30 noon*

1 guava

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:30 noon*

infused water ( add chopped mosambi, some pieces of ginger, mint leaves)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:30pm*

 4 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….. mushroom as veg

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted puffed rice 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

9 august….bowl of yellow dal with bowl of salad

10,11 august….bowl of oatmeal porridge

*AT 9:00 pm*

Bowl of fruits 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
