*Need to follow strictly, timing can be managed according to your comfort but except your dinner time*

Early morning when u wake up at *7:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take cinnamon (¼ spoon) water… 200ml

next 10 days…… take jeera (half spoon) water….200ml

next 10 days…… take ajwain (½ spoon) water….200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd tulsi drops (2 drops) with water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*early morning*

cup of green tea

*BREAKFAST*

*8:30 am*

1 large ragi ka dosa with curd and bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*Afternoon MIDMEAL*

*At 10:00 noon*

cup of milk (no sugar) (use 150ml milk) with 2 ragi biscuits 

*AFTERNOON meal*

at 12:00pm

lemon water ( no sugar, no salt)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch ….add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm*

2 chapati (use soya nd wheat flour) with veg and salad of bowl

Or

One day ….. rajma as veg

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 3:00PM*

1 apple

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:30 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted chana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

9 august…..bowl of mexican salad ( add max chopped salad)

10,11 august….bowl of milk sewiyaan ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

Bowl of mix salad

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
