paneer grilled sandwich
Ingredients :
•2 bread slices,
•5gm or 1 teaspoon grated cabbage
•30 gm or 1 teaspoon crumbled paneer(homemade paneer)
•1 green chilli chopped(OPTIONAL)
•5 gm chopped coriander
•Salt nd Black pepper to taste
Method :
Combine the cabbage, paneer(homemade), coriander, green chillies(optional) Less salt nd black pepper in a deep bowl and mix well. Spread bread slice and place them on the filling and grill in a greased griller ( or sandwich maker ) for 1 minutes or till the sandwiches are brown and crisp. Serve immediately.😊😊😊
