Ramayana’s Broccoli Tikka

BROCCOLI TIKKA

Brocolli- 8 florets
Curd- 1 cup
Salt- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder- According to taste
Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
Ajwain- 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi- 1/2 tsp
Besan- 1/4 cup
Chaat masala- aa per taste
Lemon- 1/2 cut

METHOD

1. In a cup of curd, mix all the spices and salt along with besan. Give the ingredients a good mix.

2. Now add small broccoli pieces to it and coat the mixture on each piece properly.
3. Preheat the oven and after spraying some oil on the baking tray, grill the broccoli for 15 min or you can roast the broccoli on the tawa.

4. Sprinkle some chaat masala and lemon. Yummy guilt-free tikkas are ready. Pair them with onions!
