Ramayana’s Carrot Spinach Idli
Add suji (1 cup)
Add curd (1 cup)
Add 1 bowl of spinach
(blanch, grind nd make a puree)
Add 1 cup carrot
Salt (½ tbsp)
water (1 cup)
Mix nd keep aside for 15 mins
Heat (½tsp) ghee
Add mustard seeds & urad dal for tadka
Add this to the mixture
Add Eno (1 tsp)
Little water to activate
Mix nd pour into the idli mold
steam it for 15/20 mins
& its ready!
