RAMAYANA’S DIET CLINIC
. Ramayana’s Sprouts Salad
Ingredients
•½ bowl mix sprouts
•½ Chopped Onion
•½ Chopped Tomato
•Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
•2 tsp boiled sweet corns
•½ chopped Carrot
•Half green chili..optional
•Salt to taste
Method
•Take sprouts in large bowl
•Then add chopped tomatoes ,onion or seasonal veggies broccoli,carrot etc
•Then add all the dry masala including salt,sweet corns and mix well
•Then add lemon juice and then mix well.
•Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
