21,22,23,24 March
Need to follow strictly, timing can be managed according to your comfort but except your dinner time
SUGAR AND BUTTER NOT ALLOWED
Early morning when u wake up at 7:00 am
(soaked overnight)
First 10 days.... Take jeera(½spoon) water... 200ml
Next 10 days... Take coriander (½spoon)water... 200ml
Next 10 days... Take rose petals (½ rose)water... 200ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight...
After 10 min ... 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd aloevera juice (30 ml)
Go for walk n yoga ... as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
EARLY MORNING
At 9:00am
Cup of milk tea (you can use jaggery)with 2 digestive biscuits
BREAKFAST
11:00 am
21 March......1 nd half paneer grilled sandwich (use 3 slice of brown bread Nd use homemade paneer) nd salad bowl
22,23,24 March.... bowl of sprouts khichdi with curd
Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal
AFTERNOON MIDMEAL
At 1:00 noon
Coconut water (add ½spoon soaked chia seeds in it)
LUNCH
AT 2:30pm
2 chapati with veg (sequeeze 1 lemon in your veg daily)nd salad bowl
Or
One day ..... Spinach as veg
EVENING TEA
At 5:00 pm
Cup of milk tea (use green elaichi in milk) with handful of roasted makhana
Water intake maximum
DINNER
AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm
21,22 march....1 chapati with moong dal with salad
23,24 March....Large bowl of veg daliya (add max chopped veggies) and salad bowl
AT 9:00 pm
Bowl of mix fruits
Organic Green tea before 30 min to bed
Prefer blue tea if you can
(1 time green tea in a day)....
