Early morning when u wake up at *6:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

1 apple 

*BREAKFAST*

*9:30 am*

bowl of bread dhokla ( use 3 slice of brown bread) with bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:30 noon*

lassi ( use 2-3 spoon curd with roasted jeera )

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:30pm*

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day …….boiled rice with curry without pakoda

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk or green tea (use green elaichi in milk) with handful of roasted makhana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

10,11 august……bowl of veg oats ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

12 august……cup of milk ( no sugar) with 3 suji rusk

*AT 9:00 pm*

Bowl of salad  

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
