Early morning when u wake up at *7:00 am*
*(soaked overnight)*
First 10 days…. Take ginger (½spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take ajwain (½spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… 2 black pepper with water
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½ spoon flax seeds nd triphala juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
glass of pear juice
*BREAKFAST*
*10:00 am*
bowl of bread masala ( use 3 slice of brown bread) with bowl of salad
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
*At 12:00 noon*
infused water ( add chopped apple, cinnamon, coriander )
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle
*LUNCH*
*AT 2:30pm*
3 chapati(use jau and wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl
or
one day….boiled rice with curry without pakoda
*EVENING TEA*
*At 5:00 pm*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with roasted puffed rice
Water intake maximum
*DINNER*
*AT 7:30pm*
10 august…. bowl of mix veg soup ( low salt) with bowl of salad
11,12 august….bowl of oatmeal porridge
*AT 9:00 pm*

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed
(2 time green tea in a day)….
