First 10 days…. Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take methi (½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*7:15 am*

cup of milk ( no sugar) with 2 digestive biscuits 

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 9:30 am*

infused water ( add chopped kiwi, some pieces of ginger, mint leaves) 

*Breakfast*

*At 11:30 noon*

13,14,15 august……1 onion jau kneaded chapati with curd and bowl of salad

16 august…..bowl of milk cornflakes ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 1:30 noon*

1 pear 

*LUNCH*

*AT 3:30pm*

13,14,15 august….2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….moong dal as veg 

16 august…..2 slice of brown bread with veg and bowl of salad  

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with ½ handful of peanuts 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

13,14 august…..bowl of broccoli mix bean salad ( add max chopped salad)

15 august……glass of kesar badam shake ( no sugar)

16 august…..bowl of milk cornflakes ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*
