First 10 days…. Take jeera (½spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take 2 black pepper with water… 200ml
Next 10 days.. take ajwain (½spoon) water….200ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½ spoon of flax seeds nd triphla vera juice(20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits
*BREAKFAST*
*7:15 am*
13,14,15 august…..2-3 crunchy rice tikki with green chutney and bowl of salad
16 august……bowl of milk 0ats ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
*At 09:30 noon*
infused water ( add chopped kiwi, some pieces of ginger, mint leaves)
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

15 august…..bowl of makhana kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
16 august…..bowl of milk oats ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
