First 10 days…. Take jeera (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 ragi biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*9:00 am*

bowl of bread masala ( use 3 slice of brown bread) with bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 11:00 am*

1 mosambi 

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch …..add in your water bottle

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 1:00 am*

lemon water ( add 2 spoon of gond katira)

*LUNCH*

*AT 3:00pm*

2 chapati with veg and salad

Or

One day ….yellow moong dal as veg 

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted puffed rice 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

14,15 august……bowl of broccoli mix bean salad ( add max chopped salad)

16 august….cup of nutty milk ( no sugar)

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 guava

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
