First 10 days…. Take 2 black pepper with water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take ajwain (half spoon) water….200ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnuts nd triphala juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits
*BREAKFAST*
8:00 am
21 july…. bowl of ramayana falooda
22,23,24 july….. bowl of chickpea salad
Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

At 10:30 noon
bowl of papaya
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

22,23 july… bowl of veg oats (add max chopped veggies) with salad of bowl
24 july… glass of oats shake (no sugar)
*MID TEA*
At 7:00 pm
Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted makhana
*AT 9:00 pm*
bowl of cucumber and tomato
Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed
