Need to follow strictly,timing can manage according to your comfort except ur dinner time

Early morning when u wake up at 8:30 am

soaked overnight

First 10 days… Take coriander (half spoon) Water…. 200ml

Next 10 days…. Take 2 garlic cloves with water

Next 10 days….Take cinnamon (2 pinch) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond n half spoon roasted watermelon seeds & amla juice (20 ml) with warm water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*early morning*

glass of cucumber juice 

*BREAKFAST*

*at 10:00 pm*

21,22,23 july… 1 thepla with curd and salad of bowl

24 july… bowl of apple porridge

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

*AFTERNOON MID MEAL*

*At gym*

coconut water

Half spoon basil seed In a day…..anytime…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00 pm*

21,22,23 july……  2 chapati (use soya  nd wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

or

one day…  spinach as veg

24 july… cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 suji rusk

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*at 7:30 pm*

21,22 july …. bowl of broccoli mix beans salad 

23 july…. bowl of makhana kheer (no sugar) add max fruits 

24 july….. bowl of apple porridge 

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 mosambi

Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
