Need to follow strictly, timing can be managed according to your comfort but except your dinner time

SUGAR AND BUTTER NOT ALLOWED

Early morning when u wake up at 6:00 am

(soaked overnight)

First 10 days…. Take 2 black pepper with water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days…  Take ajwain (half spoon) water….200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnuts  nd triphala juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

8:00 am

2-3 rava appe with green chutney and salad of bowl

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

At 10:30 noon

bowl of jamun

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

At 1:00pm

coconut water

*LUNCH*

AT 3:00pm 

2 chapati with veg and bowl of salad 

Or

One day ….. boiled rice with besan curry without pakoda with salad of bowl

Water intake maximum

*DINNER* 

*AT 6:00 pm*

25,26 july….bowl of mix veg soup (low salt) add max chopped veggies

27 july….bowl of makhana kheer (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*MID TEA*

*At 7:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted puffed rice 

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
