Early morning when u wake up at *6:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take coriander (¬Ĺspoon ) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take mint leaves (¬Ĺ spoon) with¬† water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Coriander (¬Ĺ spoon )water ….200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut ¬† nd Aloe vera juice (20ml)with water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

cup of milk tea/green tea with 2 oats biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*8:00 am*

23 july… glass of kiwi banana smoothie (no sugar)

24,25,26 july… bowl of spicy crunchy cornflakes (add max chopped veggies) with salad bowl

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 10:00 noon*

infused water (1 chopped kiwi, some pieces of ginger, mint leaves)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*At 12:00pm*

23 july…bowl of curd mix salad (low salt)

24,25,26 july….2 chapati(use ragi and wheat flour) with veg and salad of bowl¬†

Or

one day..pumpkin  as veg

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 3:00PM*

bowl of papaya 

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted puffed rice 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

25,26 july…. cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 slice of brown bread¬†¬†
