Early morning when u wake up at *6:30 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take rose petals (½ petals)with water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ginger (½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd half spoon sunflower seeds nd triphla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*BREAKFAST*

*8:15 am*

bowl of chikpea salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 10:30 noon*

1 guava

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:30pm*

coconut water

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:30pm*

 2 chapati (use oats & wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day …. green beans as veg 

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:30 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted  puffed rice  

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

26 july…. bowl of veg oats ( add max chopped veggies) with salad of bowl

27,28 july… cup of milk ( no sugar) 2 slice of brown bread

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple

(2 time green tea in a day)….
