Early morning when u wake up at *6:30 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. 2 black pepper with water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take jeera(½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ajwain(½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd giloy juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*BREAKFAST*

*7:00 am*

bowl of bread masala (4 slice of brown bread) with salad of bowl

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 9:30 noon*

infused water (1 chopped kiwi,some pieces of ginger,mint leaves)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 11:30pm*

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….green leafy veggies as veg

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 2:00PM*

1 guava

*EVENING TEA*

*At 4:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

26,27 july… bowl of paneer tikka with green chutney with salad of bowl 

28 july… bowl of milk cornflakes (no sugar) add max chopped fruits  

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 pear

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
