Early morning when u wake up at *7:00 am*

First 10 days…. Take coriander (½spoon paste) water… 200ml

Next 20 days… Take sheesham leaves powder(½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd tulsi drops(2 drops in water)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk with 2 digestive biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*10:00 am*

1 large onion jau kneaded chapati with curd and salad of bowl

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

infused water (1 chopped kiwi,some pieces of ginger,mint leaves)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*AT 2:30pm*

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

One day ….pumpkin as veg

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea (without sugar) with handful of roasted chana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

28 july… bowl of makhana kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruit

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 guava

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
