Next 10 days… Take 2 black pepper water… 200ml

Next 10 days…Take cinnamonĀ  (Ā¼ spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd amlaĀ  juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*BREAKFAST*

*7:30 am*

2-3 rava appe with green chutney and saladĀ  of bowl

*Donā€™t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 09:30 noon*
