Early morning when u wake up at *7:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Squeeze 1 lemon in warm water (without soaking)…. 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ajwain(½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½spoon flax seeds nd tulsi drops (2 drops in water)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

1 apple

*BREAKFAST*

*10:00 am*

26 july…. bowl of curd mix salad (low salt)

27,28,29 july…. bowl of veg upma ( add max chopped veggies) with salad of bowl

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

infused water (1 chopped kiwi,some pieces of ginger,mint leaves)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 1:00pm*

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….. soyabean as veg

*EVENING TEA*

*At 4:30 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits  

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 6:00PM*

1 guava

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

27,28 july…. bowl of broccoli soup (low salt) with salad of bowl

29 july…. bowl of kiwi banana smoothie (no sugar)

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 pear

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
