*SUGAR AND BUTTER NOT ALLOWED*

Early morning when u wake up at *6:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take mint leaves(12-15 leaves) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take almond oil(2 drops) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

EARLY MORNING

glass of guava juice

*BREAKFAST*

*7:00 am*

bowl of black chana salad ( add max chopped salad)

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 9:30 am*

1 guava

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 11:30pm*

1½ chapati ( use jau and wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….. besan gatta  as veg 

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 3:00 am*

lemon water ( lemon, 2 spoon of soaked gond katira)

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted makhana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

27,28 july…. bowl of mushroom salsa salad ( add max chopped salad)

29 july… bowl of milk cornflakes ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
