Early morning when u wake up at *6:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

1 apple

*BREAKFAST*

*9:00 am*

2 large suji cheela with curd and salad of bowl

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:00 noon*

infused water (use chopped cucumber, cinnamon, 2 basil leaves)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch …..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm*

3 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….. black chana as veg 

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with ½ handful of peanuts 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

27,28 july… bowl of mix veg soup with 2 slice brown bread and salad of bowl

29 july…. bowl of milk daliya (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

bowl of  fruits

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
