First 10 days…. Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd tulsi drops 2 drops in water)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

1 apple

*BREAKFAST*

*8:30 am*

bowl of black chana salad ( add max chopped salad)

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:00 noon*

1 guava

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 1:00pm*

3 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….. bowl of suji pasta with salad of bowl 

*EVENING MEAL*

*At 3:30 pm*

coconut water with roasted chana

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm to 8:00pm*

bowl of curd mix salad ( low salt) add max chopped salad

*AT 9:00 pm*

Bowl of fruits 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
