First 10 days…. Take mint leaves (¬Ĺ spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take jeera (¬Ĺspoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… take ajwain (half spoon)¬† water,……200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnuts¬† nd Aloe vera juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

glass of apple juice

*BREAKFAST*

29,30,31 july….bowl of paneer salsa salad (use 80 gms paneer)

1 august….bowl of suji kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MID MEAL*

*At 09:30am*

Cup of milk tea (without sugar) with handful of roasted makhana 

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

1 pear

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:30pm*

29,30,31 july…. 2 chapati (use soya & wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

1 august…. cup of milk(no sugar) 2 slice of brown bread

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 digestive biscuits 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

29 july…. bowl of mushroom salsa salad ( add max chopped salad)

30,31 july…. bowl of ghiya (kaddu) ka raita (low salt)

1 august…..bowl of suji kheer( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*
