3. Ramayana’s Cool salad sandwich ?
Ingredients:–
•1 tbsp cucumber grated
•1 tbspn onion, finely chopped
•50 gm paneer homemade
•1 tbsp boiled sweet corn
•2 slices of multigrain / brown bread
•Salt to taste
•Black pepper powder to taste
Method:-
•Take two slices of bread and cut their sides.
•Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
•Take the mixture and spread it on one slice of bread.
•Cover it with another slice of bread.
•Cut the sandwich in triangles.
•Serve
