31. Ramayana’s Besan toast?

Ingredients
•1 tbsp besan
•2 slices of brown bread
•pinch of aamchur, ajwain,according lg hing, turmeric
•salt and chilly acc. To taste
•water accordingly
•1 green chilly finely chopped(optional)
• ¼ tsp ginger paste
•1 teaspoon onion finely chopped
•1 teaspoon capsicum finely chopped
•roughly chopped coriander leaves
•few drops of oil for toasting

Method
•firstly in a mixing bowl take besan then add turmeric, chilli powder, aamchur, ajwain, hing and salt. combine well ,further add water and whisk smooth.
•Additionaly add green chilli, ginger paste, onion, capsicum and chopped coriander leaves.
•Mix well and get to thick flowing consistency batter.
•Now dip a brown bread slices into besan batter and cover both sides.
•Heat pan few drops of oil and toast on low flame and flip over and cook both sides till besan gets cooked completely and bread turns crisp, press gently, make sure besan is cooked completely.
•Finally serve besan bread toast with green chutney(homemade)??
