Early morning when u wake up at *5:30 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take saunf (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ajwain (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take coriander(½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½spoon sunflower seeds nd amla juice(20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

*At 7:30 am*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats  biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*10:00 am*

1 veg grilled sandwich ( use 2 slice brown bread) with bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

1 guava

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm*

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….. green veggies as veg

*EVENING TEA*

*At 4:30pm to 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted chana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

4,5 august…. bowl of veg poha ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

6 august…..bowl of custard milk (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 pear 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
