*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga

4 august…. 2 oats & ragi cheela (non sticky) with curd and bowl of salad
5,6,7 august…. 1 ½ any sandwich without myonaise with bowl of salad

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted makhana
Water intake maximum

4 august…. cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 suji rusk
5,7 august… bowl of moong dal with bowl of salad
6 august… dosa with sambhar and bowl of salad
or
one day…..1 chapati with veg abd bowl of salad
