Early morning when u wake up at *5:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take Turmeric (¬ľspoon) haldi water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ginger(¬Ĺspoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd tulsi drops (2 drops in water)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga n zym as you feel comfortable

*EARLY MORNING*

1 pear 

*BREAKFAST*

*7:40 am*

bowl of milk cornflakes ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 10:15 noon*

infused water ( add chopped apple , black pepper, coriander)

Half spoon chia seed In a day… Before lunch…. add in your water bottle

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

Bowl of papaya 

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm*

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….. rajma as veg

*EVENING TEA*

*At 4:30 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted chana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

4,5 august,,,, bowl of moong dal with bowl of salad

6 august…. bowl of custard milk (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

Bowl of mix salad

 Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
