Need to follow strictly,timing can manage according to your comfort except ur dinner time
Early morning when u wake up at *6:00 am*
*(soaked overnight)*
First 10 days…. Take mint leaves(12-15 leaves) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (2 pinch) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take 2 black pepper with water… 200ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond and 2 walnut nd giloy juice (20ml) with water
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
glass of salad juice
*BREAKFAST*
*7:30 am*
4,5,6 august…..bowl of milk oats ( add max chopped fruits) ( no sugar)
7 august….bowl of ghiya ( kaddu) ka raita (low salt) with bowl of salad
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MID MEAL*
*At 10:00 pm*
infused water ( add chopped kiwi, some pieces of ginger, basil leaves)
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle
*LUNCH*
*AT 12:00pm*
4,5,6 august…..2 chapati (use oats & wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl
or
one day…onion dosa with sambhar and bowl of salad
7 august…. cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 slice of brown bread
*EVENING MEAL*
*AT 2:00 PM*
1 guava
*EVENING TEA*
*At 4:00 pm*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted puffed rice
Water intake maximum
*DINNER*
*AT 6:30pm*
4,5 august… bowl of veg upma ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad
6 august… cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 suji rusk
7 august…. bowl of ghiya (kaddu) ka raita (low salt) with bowl of salad
*AT 9:00 pm*
