Early morning when u wake up at *5:30 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take ajwain (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take jeera(½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd aloevera juice(20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

*At 7:30am*

1 guava 

*BREAKFAST*

*9:30 am*

4,5,6 august…..2 ½ veg grilled sandwich (use 5 slice of brown bread) with bowl of salad

7 august…. bowl of veg poha ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

Cup of milk tea (without sugar) or green tea with 2 marie biscuits

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch …..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm*

4,5,6 august….2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….. rajma as veg

7 august…..2 chapati with veg and bowl of salad

or

one day….any green veggies as veg

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:p0 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea ( without sugar) with handful of roasted chana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

4,5 august…bowl of mushroom tikka with green chutney and bowl of salad

6 august….bowl of milk cornflakes (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

7 august…onion dosa with sambhar and bowl of salad

*AT 9:00 pm*

Bowl of mix salad 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
