Need to follow strictly, timing can manage according to your comfort except ur dinner time

Early morning when u wake up at *6:30 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. take coriander (½Spoon) with water…200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2 garlic cloves water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take rose petals (12 to 15 leaves) with water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond n half spoon roasted flax seeds nd tulsi drops (2 drops) with lukewarm water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*Don’t miss your chia seeds and green tea during outdoor*

*EARLY MORNING*

glass of apple or guava  juice

*MORNING TEA*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*10:00 am*

4,5,6 august…. bowl of veg poha ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

or

boiled eggs ( use 2 egg white) with bowl of salad

7 august…. cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 slice of brown bread

*AFTERNOON MID MEAL*

*At 12:30 noon*

coconut water

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*take 20 ml apple cider vinegar before 15 min of lunch for 15 days*

*LUNCH*

*AT 3:00pm*

4,5,6 august,….1 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day….. any green veggies as veg

7 august…bowl of ghiya (kaddu) ka raita (low salt) with bowl of salad

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:30 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea (use elaichi in milk tea) with handful of roasted makhana

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 8:30pm*

4,6 august…..glass of banana shake (use 300ml milk) ( no sugar)

5 august….*WITH DRINK* bowl of roasted lemon chicken with bowl of salad

7 august….cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 slice of brown bread

*POST DINNER*

*at 9:00 pm*

1 apple 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
