46. Ramayana’s Delicious Greek salad?
Ingredients
• 2 sp coriander leaves
•1 tsp red onion thinly sliced
•1 tsp black olives or sweet corn
•1 tsp green or red bell pepper,chopped
•1 tsp tomato,chopped
•1 tsp cucumber sliced
•1 teaspoon dried oregano
•1 tsp lemon, juice
•ground black pepper to taste
•salt to taste
•1 tsp chopped avocado (optional)
6-7 pieces of boiled soya chunks
Method
•In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, onion, olives, bell peppers, tomato, avocado,cucumber and soyabean.
•Whisk together oregano, lemon juice and black pepper,salt. Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve immediately. ??
