*Need to follow strictly, timing can be managed according to your comfort but except your dinner time*

*SUGAR AND BUTTER NOT ALLOWED*

Early morning when u wake up at *7:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take ginger (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ajwain (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 black pepper with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½ spoon flax seeds nd triphala juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

glass of guava juice

*BREAKFAST*

*10:00 am*

6,7,8 august….bowl of moong dal chaat with bowl of salad

9 august…..bowl of makhana kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

coconut water

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:30pm*

6,7,8 august……3 chapati(use ragi and wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

or

one day….nutri as veg

9 august…..cup of milk ( no sugar) with 3 suji rusk

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with roasted makhana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

6 august….bowl of broccoli salad ( add max chopped salad)

7,8 august….bowl of milk oats ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

9 august…. bowl of makhana kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

bowl of papaya

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
