Need to follow strictly, timing can manage according to your comfort except ur dinner time

Early morning when u wake up at 7:30 am

(soaked overnight)

First 10 days…. Take rose leaves (½spoon) water….200ml

Next 10 days… take mint leaves (12-15 leaves) water …200ml

Next 10 days….. take jeera (½spoon) water….200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd half spoon flax seeds nd giloy juice (20ml) with water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*8:15 am*

6 august….bowl of milk cornflakes (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

7,8,9 august…2-3 rava appe with green chutney and bowl of salad

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

AFTERNOON MID MEAL

At 10:30 noon

1 guava

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

6 august….cup of milk ( no sugar) with 2 slice of brown bread

7,8,9 august……2 chapati (use oats & wheat flour) with veg and salad

or

one day….. paneer as veg

EVENING MEAL

At 5:00 pm

cup of milk tea/ green tea with handful of puffed rice 

Water intake maximum

7 august….bowl of veg upma ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

8,9 august….cup of milk ( no sugar) with 3 suji rusk

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
