First 10 days…. take ajwain (half spoon) water…200ml

Next 10 days… 2 black pepper with water…..200ml

Next 10 days… Take jeera (½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd triphala juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*8:00 am*

1 simple stuffed chapati with curd and bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 10:00 noon*

Lemon water ( use 2 spoon of gond katira) 

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch …..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 12:00pm*

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ……green leafy veg as veg

*Mid meal*

1 apple 

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 digestive biscuits

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm*

7 august…. bowl of fresh paneer ( 80 gms paneer) add max chopped salad

8,9 august….cup of milk ( no sugar) with 2 suji rusk

Organic Green tea before 30 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
