Early morning when u wake up at *4:45 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take rose petals (Ā½ rose red/pink) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take mint leaves ( half spoon paste)water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take coriander (half spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd half spoon sunflower seeds nd tripula juice (20ml) with water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

*AT 6:00AM*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marieĀ  biscuits

*MORNING MEAL*

*AT 8:00AM*

bowl of papaya

*BREAKFAST*

*10:30 am*

1 jau onion kneaded chapati with curd and bowl of salad

*Donā€™t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:30 noon*

infused water ( add chopped tomato, cinnamon, mint leaves)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*Take 20ml Apple cider vinegar before lunch only for 15 days*

*LUNCH*

*AT 3:00pm*

3 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

One day ….. moong dal as veg

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted puffed riceĀ 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

9 august…..bowl of veg vermicelli ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

10,11 august….cup of milk ( no sugar) with 2 suji rusk

*AT 9:00 pm*

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
