First 15 days…. Take almond oil(2 drops) water… 200ml
Next 15 days… 2 garlic cloves with water
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½spoon flax seeds nd sea buckthorn juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
lassi ( use 3-4 spoon curd with roasted jeera)
*After zym*
Cup of milk with ½spoon homemade protein powder
*BREAKFAST*
*9:30 am
2 cool salad sandwich ( 4 slice of brown bread) with bowl of salad
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
*At 11:00 noon*
1 kiwi
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

2 chapati veg nd salad bowl
Or
One day ………boiled rice with curry without pakoda

Cup of milk or green tea (use green elaichi in milk) with handful of roasted puffed rice
Water intake maximum
*DINNER*
*AT 7:30pm to 8:00pm*
9, 11 august…..glass of apple shake ( 300ml milk) (no sugar)
10 august…..bowl of low fat dahi chicken ( 100gms chicken)
*AT 9:00 pm*
1 guava
Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed
(2 time green tea in a day)….
